How do you charge?
You are only charged when you complete a report. This makes it easy to keep track of all the expenses associated with your short-term stay business.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Larger accounts paying annually can opt for invoicing.
What's the contract length?
We don't tie you into any contract, and you can cancel your account at any time. You are only billed for the reports you complete.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
There are no upfront fees associated with your HostInspect account. You are only charged for a report once you have completed that report.
Suppose I have multiple properties?
Depending on how many inspections you plan on doing every year you have options. If you are looking for a plan that offers more of an unlimited reporting please contact us directly, we have a plan for you!.
Can I download my reports?
Yes. Once you have completed your reports you can download them as a PDF or easily share them via a link. Your reports will also be stored in your account for easy access.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. It's just a few clicks to cancel your account from your Billing page. Once cancelled, your account will remain open until the end of the monthly billing period, then close down.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Your data will remain in your account for a period of up to 90 days from the date of your last payment.
